⭐ Lead Artist: Led a team of 4-6 Environment, UI/UX and Export artists (co-leading a team of 12+) through monthly LiveOps content creation.

⭐ Provided detailed, art and color theory based feedback to in-house and outsourcing teams, ensuring high-quality, isometric environment (100+ themes) creation, UI/UX assets and export processes.

⭐ Fostered a collaborative and flexible work environment that prioritized mental health and professional growth through regular feedback, 1:1 check-ins and a quarterly “Minopalooza” showcase.
⭐ Developed custom Google Sheets production trackers to manage and streamline a regular monthly LiveOps content schedule.

⭐ Lead Artist: Led the UI/UX development process for new features including a Drag Haus (Team Guild), Challenge Hub (Event Screen), promotion mechanics and other art as needed.
