Responsibilities included:

⭐ Monthly LiveOps UI/UX asset creation + Unity Implementation

⭐ Lead Artist: Led the UI/UX development process for new features including a Drag Haus (Team Guild), Challenge Hub (Event Screen), promotion mechanics and other art as needed.
⭐ Attended Bi-weekly shareholder meetings to prioritize quarterly goals, assess KPIs, D1-D7 retention metrics, and discuss direction for future game content.
⭐ Guided a team of 2 UI/UX designers through weekly scrums, professional support, creative feedback, annual reviews and casual management training.
